You will have been drawn to this course as you are feeling ready to deliver your own meditation classes, hold space for others, maybe even workshops or would like to consider delivering a retreat at some point –  and this course will give you enough depth to work deeply on your own practice to be able to deliver to others.

All the required techniques for you to be able to teach others from basic introduction to assist busy minds ‘chitta’ with positions, methods & techniques up to a more advanced state.  This is to learn how to ‘step out of the way’ and BE the channel and assist people intuitively incorporating ancient knowledge, techniques and working in the New Vibration.

Please note that you will NOT be given ‘scripts’, as this is a ‘way of BEING’.   Spiritual development to go beyond the analytical, and take people beyond guided meditation., on a deeper journey within.

We will honour and incorporate the Yogic lifestyle, embrace the transformation that takes place throughout this course and create conscious change to ‘Become what you teach’ – Tracee Cullen.

Prerequisite to attend this course:
Must have a regular/daily meditation practice.  The method is aligned to Himalayan teachings.  We will cover many methods and focus on ancient practices and new vibration,  you will need to be used to BEING able to be in silence, and choosing to invest in yourself with both the linear time, energy & exchange, to do this!

1 month Course pathway..
We will gather together on the 1st day of the course and then once a week throughout the month for LIVE teachings & Mentoring.   Resources, course content, practical aspects and teaching preparation are all delivered to work at your own pace each week, within the High Dimension® Portal – Teaching Academy.   Direct support & guidance is given however throughout the month.
