An abundance of ideas can be so inspiring, even prove to yourself that you have much to offer, it's also exciting, but can easily cause overwhelm in how to just get started, or realign what you do, level up beyond your comfort zone.
Trying to do everything alone is 'old energy'.. you are a warrior.. you know that but having the support and accountability to take action and integrate all that you have to offer and then keep growing with available mentoring and fellow souls cheering you on is priceless, so everyone shines!

There will be aspects that arise for a deeper more thorough learning that may not be possible to deliver as a session, rather than refer you to a full course I will add specific teachings for the subject we want to DEEP DIVE into, so when this comes to light, here you will be invited to attend the deeper dive either into knowledge or practical into oneself!

There will be 2 LIVE sessions a month, one is a share, encourage and support to HOLD SPACE for facilitators - 45mins to 1 hour depending on the group needs.
The insight LIVE session - between 30mins and 1 hour for a deeper insight to raised topics to take action, help or learn & implement to help bring clarity and achieve results.
