Meditation Teacher Training 7-Day - 7 March 2026

A calling within to move more or completely from working one to one to holding space for groups, also in a deeper way is also part of this process, a way to align your own life, ‘Become what you teach’ and empowering others, way beyond your actual class!

In this unique course I offer a blend of Himalayan ancient sacred practices, as well as new vibration meditation, with conscious Intuitive High Dimension Teachings.

You will also learn how to hold space for movement with joints and glands, meditation yoga asanas and steps to support meditation practice and bring calm and assist the central nervous system.

From Pranayama breath work which is an advance technique, mudra, mantras and explore many methods of meditation including guided, chakra, vipassana, yoga nidra, tantra, kundalini (and several more..) which are ultimately tools used, to bring you back to your core practice of stillness.

The knowledge shared and practical experience you will receive within this course takes you beyond your comfort zone but initiates growth and natural ascension, spiritual and personal development.

Best taken for focus as a 7 day intensive course but there is also the 4 week option (over 4 Saturdays), if you prefer or cannot attend for the full week.

Remember the ethos is ‘Become what you teach’ and so you are expected to align to dedicate the space for yourself to do this.
