On this road called life..

For all those that need reminding to rebalance and know that all is well.

When the universe brings the same lesson back around..

Maybe a person, behaviour, belief or someone different bringing the same lesson back around.. simply for us to see how we deal with it.. ‘this time’.. do we react the same..? no.. we deal with it differently.. we have healed.. we respond, remove ourselves emotionally and and then respond.

The energy is ours.. the lesson is theirs.. gratitude for all who teach us to change and evolve.. take every opportunity to grow.
