– time isn’t the issue though, if we are honest, really.. it’s about choosing you! That’s the hard part for many people. But essential!

WHERE OR HOW to create a peaceful space
– finding somewhere that you won’t be disturbed, no phone or people can be hard to achieve.

BUT.. WHAT ITS ACTUALLY ABOUT?
– YOU BEing able to place boundaries, for you!

NOT WANTING A QUIET MIND, for fear of having to deal with other things. Keeping busy is a distraction that often keeps us stuck, playing small or refusing to align and CHANGE.

or SOMETIMES, its not knowing how to be alone, quiet, in solitude or in silence.
– YET, once achieved it is without doubt, what people crave the most and want to return to.
– WHY? Because the shift in pace, ability to JUST BE, know thy self, is incredibly important to why we are here, and on the earth plain!

– Himalayan meditation and new vibration awareness as taught by me, Tracee Cullen is about the holistic approach, to have breathing, comfortable positions, gentles stretches, relaxation techniques and amazing vibrational sounds, that all become so natural to you, even if you have never done them before.
