Held ONLINE self paced – facilitated within 2 days when taught in person, but you can take this take it completely in your own time, to really digest each helpful practice. Either way you have it there for support and to revisit when you want to, with 1 years access.
So, as well as learning you will feel relaxed, calm and nourished from the inside out!
For beginners and for those wanting to deepen their practice and learn authentic Himalayan meditation.
This takes you beyond ‘guided meditation’.
It’s also a stepping stone in to Meditation Teacher Training.
About the course:
Learn ancient techniques, with exploring new vibration awareness, learn how to calm your mind, relax into BEing.
Experience different meditation methods, including breath work (pranayama), mudra (hand gestures) and OM mantra.
Gain good understanding of the mind, body and spirit connection, and meditation methods with ease, flow and tools to meditate and deepen your practice at home.
This core foundational learning will really help you as a life skill and is a resource for yourself and to assist your friends and family.
Learn how to calm your central nervous system, and create your own inner peace.
Meditation course content:
For beginners, to explore Himalayan meditation methods, ancient practices, new vibration techniques and to gain practical experience.
Delivered through LIVE in person tuition with Tracee Cullen at her centre in North Devon. Guidance and support that gives this unique learning experience, accountability to create a good foundational practice that you feel at ease with.
You also have the benefit of learning in a sacred space held for you that naturally develops your intuition and assists you on your spiritual path.
Gain a solid knowledge of ‘how to meditate’ and create inner peace, through natural breath work and meditation tools to help YOU calm a busy mind, reduce stress and anxiety with simple steps whilst learning both ancient techniques and embracing New Vibration.

Following on from this course, through daily practice, with even just 10 mins (or however long feels right for you), you can create the inner peace that you will be seeking.
This enables you then to slow the ‘busyness’ down, and most importantly allow yourself to make aligned decisions through trusting yourself, because you will have more clarity and be able to ‘see’ through the noise.
Each person that has previously attended has experienced also deep healing through throughout the 2 days, which will be a natural process.
